I just used simply laundry to have my Canada Goose jacket cleaned.
Amazing job, very efficient, thorough and pleasant customer service.
The only place I will be using from now on for all my dry cleaning needs.

I loved the idea of this service, and the prices were the most reasonable versus their competitors, but the customer service side is still under-​developed. Seems like the brainchild of a couple MBA grads who haven’t spent much time working in the ‘real world’ before. Both times I tried their service my clothing pick-​up was early (when I’d just arrived home and didn’t have my items ready) and was dropped off a day late. Both times, items came back damaged from excessive heat, ruining approx $ 375 worth of clothing. I gave Simply Laundry two chances since, but that was enough.

I used to live in Toronto and was visiting on business. Stayed at one of the condos downtown and noticed the ad for SimplyLaundry. With the freezing temperatures I definitely didn’t want to worry about dry cleaning. Decided to try them and they were absolutely outstanding. I needed a rush on my clothes and they were accommodating. Great service!

Simply amazing! This service is exactly what I needed and more. I was always rushing after work to catch my dry cleaner before they closed, no more worrying about that since I found about simply laundry. The service is absolutely effortless, convenient and fast! The quality of cleaning is great.
The first time you use their service you get back your clothes in a neat eco-​friendly cover that doubles as a bag for you to use for future orders. The bag even comes with a tag attached that has your name printed on it! Thumbs up!

Loved the service. It was so easy and efficient. And i just loved the quality of dry cleaning that was offered and the prices were so cheap compare to others in Downtown. The best is i am so lazy and i do not have to go out for my laundry HAA ! I would be recommending this to my friends as well. Great Job !
