This place was awesome! If your into being organized or even finding very cool stuff this is the place for you. The only down side is the fact that it’s located on a busy stretch of Yonge St. so if your planning on doing a lot of shopping think through your parking situation ahead of time.

I have a love hate relationship with this store. I love it because it has pretty much everything to organize your house. Going there means you will probably find what you need to put you stuff in order. I hate it because every time I go there I spend at least 50 $.

A bit more expensive than other places, but it’s still this O.C.D.-gal’s dream store. It’s really helped me make the most of my tiny mid-​town bachelor apartment.
My favourite part is the closet organizing options. Even on my tiny budget, I’m now able to see all my scarves/​belts at once, and hang skirts 4 to a hanger and still leave my wardrobe browse-​able. Good times, easily adaptable to rental apartments with installation restrictions.

My rating for this store has gone down. There’s a few things I can find here that I haven’t been able to elsewhere. One of them being a powerlock corner shower shelf with four suction cups. They have been sold out the past three times I went here & when I asked if they had any at the back they said no & wouldn’t tell me when they expect it in again. Another time when I asked they had just received a box but they wouldn’t open it for me so I could get one.
That is NOT good customer service if you ask me. Not so impressed with them anymore.

Tons of stuff here and reasonable prices! Friendly staff. I’d definitely recommend it.

Amazing variety of organizing stuff for every room in your home! Drawer dividers, storage boxes, shoe racks, random kitchen gadjets… They have everything here. (E.g. avocado holder? Check. 10 kinds of things to hold cookbooks open? Check.). Prices are fairly reasonable, and they often have sales. I would say it’s cheaper than Bed, Bath, and Beyond.
I didn’t have time to check out their lower level, but that’s where they keep bigger items like office furniture, closet organizer systems, luggage, and garbage/​recycling bins.
Definitely a good place to stop by if you are doing some spring cleaning or just want to maximize space efficiency in a small place!

I love this store because it’s organizing heaven! They have many pretty items to help organize your kitchen cabinets and drawers, your bathroom, your desk, your closet.
The value is in providing solutions to apartment living. You need to be creative and to think in space maximization to truly enjoy what they offer here. Highly recommended.

I have been wanting to visit Solutions for awhile to get organized! While in the Yonge & Eglinton area this week, we decided to stop in to check it out. Solutions is an organizer dream, anything you can think of to better streamline and declutter your work and living spaces, they have it. This location has two floors of items for your organizing needs.
The staff is super helpful, they offered us some products based on our needs without any salesy pressuring tactics.
From a price point, it is a little bit on the higher side but it is expected for being a speciality store. You have the convenience as well of all the organizing items you need under one roof!

Does Solutions not have a dedicated website? I’m having trouble finding any that don’t redirect to review pages or are broken links. Did they go out of business?

All I have to say is this place is an organizers paradise. I can spend hours in here dreaming up all the different ways to organize my closet, kitchen, bathroom, dresser, living room, bookshelves… you name it.
The sales staff is also extremely helpful and are not afraid to direct you somewhere else if for some bazar, off chance, once in a blue moon reason they don’t have exactly what you are looking for.
It is a little pricier then say walmart for the more basic stuff like hanger — but on the flip side you are supporting a local canadian business so it’s justifiable.
Anyway — extremely convenient place to have in the neighbourhood — especially having moved into a new apt.

There is so much stuff in here! When I first moved to Toronto a few months ago, I stopped in here for some new-​apartment-​necessities (a shower caddy, a a dishrack, some storage things). I was worried I would have to shop around at a few different stores to find what I needed. Not so much — they have everything here — and I like that they have a variety of lines so if you need, for example, a really cheap simple shower caddy, they have that, but if you need a fancy expensive one, they have that too.

Organization for cupboards, showers, dressers, kitchens, baths, recycling, drawers… oh MY!
This place was heaven! I had just moved, and needed a number of «solutions» for my organizational conundrums. This place had it all and then some!!! They carry brands like Sunbeam, Simplehuman, and Umbra… storage doesn’t have to be ugly!

I kind of love this place. It is amazing how much time and money you can spend on organizing your closet (or any other area). This place has it all, and the store is very organized. Which I suppose should be expected.

If you are a voracious fan of Real Simple magazine, Martha Stewart Living or any of those home improvement shows on HGTV that prescribe colour-​coded labels and matching hat boxes with grosgrain ribbon trim and silk lining as a remedy to the organizational woes in your life, Solutions is the solution (har) for you!
When you first walk in you’re greeted with a volume of STUFF that is practically inconceivable. Boxes and tubs in every size imaginable. Yes, you know you came looking for hangers, but do you want birch wood? Beech? Mahogany? Teal? What about skirt clips? Or vulcanized rubber grips and sliders? Will it be a pack of 5, 10 or 20?
Then there’s the aisles upon aisles of little boxes — one entire aisle devoted to JEWELLERY ORGANIZATION — with earring holders, necklace trees and little swivel containers for all your bangles and baubles. There are yet more aisles devoted to CD organization, makeup sorting, gift wrap and décor, coat hooks, key rings, shower caddies, etc. You get the picture. By this point your eyes will be bulging out of your head like that girl in the Northern Pikes video («She Ain’t Pretty»).
If you head downstairs there’s bigger stuff like microwave carts, closet organization (including a walk-​in closet area that shows you the various shelving options), coat stands, photo boxes and bookcases.
The stairs between the first and lower floor aren’t particularly well kept, but otherwise the store is a mecca of organization and order. It’s a good idea to know what you’re in the market for before going, or you’ll come home with way more stuff than you could possibly need, and a bulging credit card bill and disapproving boyfriend/​SO to go along with it.

Solutions feels like a smaller version of the Container Store in the US. I recognized many of the same brands and styles, but organized into a much smaller and tightly organized space.
I would definitely stop by more often if I actually lived in Toronto. However, on this visit, I couldn’t fit any of the items I considered into my suitcase.
