Spa Allure

I’ve been going to see Joseph for the past two years now for hair cuts and highlights/​colour. I have curly hair which requires a special knack to cut well and Joseph has it. He also listens to me and what I know about my hair — «After all,» he says, «you’ve been living with it for a while.» (very kind — it’s been a long while!)
Not only that, the Salon is also a Green Salon through the program «My Green Salon» and they recycle a lot of stuff even hair! They have a number of stylists and they’re very friendly too. If you want a manicure or other spa services just book one along with your hair appointment to make it a true «pamper day».

So I bought this deal from
with my friend to have a spa day with my friend. Turns out that there is only one person and I was disappointed that it may be one after the other and not so much a spa day together.
NOTE: this spa is inside a hair salon called «ITAL» and is a one lady shop.
The place is quiet and tidy — there are 2 chairs you can sit and wait for Agnes to fetch you and start grooming you.
She’s very good and efficient and sociable, which for me is key when you’re grooming me. You can’t be one or the other — be good but anti-​social or be sociable but suck at grooming me — it don’t fly that way. I mean, it’s awkward as is that someone is grooming my parts as is, not once but on regular basis…
Agnes has been doing this for 15 years or so, and groomed us quickly and efficiently, offering advice on taking care of our bodies — and squeezed in 2 other clients while we waited for our nails to dry — in no time me and my friend was done. She let us chat her ears off while she enjoyed her music on her iphone.
The coupon got me a great deal, but the regular price is very reasonable as well, and she is always willing to squeeze you in, in case of «emergency.» Yes, I’d go again.
