I put in an order through their website to print documents I needed a quick turnaround on. On the website they stated any orders over $ 75 would take 24 hours. Since I was tight on time because I needed to get this proposal in and have a courier pick up the documents, I had called them to see if there could be a rush. They said it would be done by 3 pm.
I received an email by 12 noon stating the documents were ready to be picked up. They weren’t busy when I arrived so maybe that was why the quick turnaround. But I was impressed from beginning to end with the service and would use them again.

PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR PRINTING. The print staff here are incredibly rude to their customers and incompetent at their jobs. Not only did the print staff mess up our print jobs several of times on different occasions, they have no respect for the customers. They actually look away when you make eye contact and are waiting for help at the main desk. On one extremely upsetting visit to Staples, one girl snapped at my cousin and told them «don’t tell me how to do my job» and even continued to rudely make comments such as «do you want to do this yourself?». When confronting the manager, the issue was poorly resolved. He didn’t apologize nor seem to truly care about what shit service we had. Professionals or students, DO NOT GO HERE. You’ll only be angry and annoyed at the service and quality of customer service and prints.

I’ve been here several times for their print and copy centre and most recently to buy a new computer chair.
The place is a little cluttered, but it was easy enough to find what I needed. I found the chair I wanted, then asked a nice man who tried to sell me on a floor mat and their assembly service. I declined.
He told me to pay at the counter, and he would bring the box out to my car. When I was paying, he asked if I wanted to buy warranty. I declined again. A little annoying, but I get that it’s their job. At least he wasn’t pushy about it.
Overall, I’m pretty happy with the service here. The print and copy centre has made some mistakes, but they’re always happy to correct them right away. It’s not the cheapest place to go, but they’re open early, even on weekends, which can be a lifesaver at times.
