I always go to this Starbucks after my weekend morning jog. Christy, I think that’s her name, is always there to take my order and she is just the sweetest girl ever. Honestly, this great service is what makes most of my morning. A good end to my run and a great start to my weekend.

Ideal Starbucks if you work or live in Bloor West and are frequently around during the weekday. Between 10 – 3 it is pretty empty and you can set up shop with minimal disruption from other people. Around 3pm local youths show up and ruin it. The staff here are great when the manager is around, but without him, they tend to be lazy. I’ve waited 5 – 10 minutes before someone showed up to take my drink order. Until a replacement for Café Novo opens, this is really the only neighbourhood option, given how difficult Red Bean Espresso can be.

Terrible Starbucks at High Park, terrible service, incompetent«barista». Unless you have half an hour to wait while the cashier chats away and the barrista who does not know what she’s doing make you a watered down coffee and charge you 5 bucks then move on. Ever since the previous manager left and moved to Runnymede this place has gone downhill.

My absolute favorite drink is the Café Misto and a large is under $ 3.50. It is coffee made with steamed milk. You get to choose what type of coffee you want and what milk(eg., 2%). I also always get ice water to go. It’s free after all!

Small standard starbucks. Conveniently located beside High Park, they are now my default choice since Café Novo banned artificial sweeteners from their menu. Their staff is very friendly and they have a water bowl outside for your dog. Unfortunately the place is small and always packed — you’re lucky if you find a chair.

A very standard Starbucks conveniently located beside High Park. It’s fairly small with just a few small tables and chairs, so I’d say it’s more of a good spot for a quick drink on your way to/from the park. They do have a few seats outside in the summer and a water bowl for your dog — I like that.
