Great company to work for and with as well as CAA, had a awesome time, will definitely miss not being there and not be able to do Towing at all.

This is a horrible company!
The people on the phone have no customer service skills. When you are already having a bad day because of car troubles the last thing you need is a grumpy person not really trying to help you.
They are will bill you for things that you should not be billed for, such as underground parking fees when they never had to go underground.
If you are looking for your bad day to get worst these are defiantly the people to call!

I have driven a car for 33 years and have never use a towing company. I recently joined CAA early this week and needed my Mazda 5 tow to a Mazda dealer in Scarborough. The tow truck can on time. Eric was pleasant and polite person who impress me with his skill level. I watch him work as he was making sure everything was set up perfectly. As he was driving, we talked and I liked his down to earth attitude. You choose a good person to represent Stellar Roadside/​CAA. He is a pro and there was no damage to my car
