I bought frames and lenses from here earlier this year and was a little taken back by the cost of the frames and lenses. Because of my lense strength it would take a week to actually get my glasses made. The frame selection is rather decent, carrying many designer brands.
The staff has been very helpful when choosing and trying on pairs of glasses and even with warranty on my frames (which the enamel started to wear down) I went in expecting a week or so for repairs, and came out 5 minutes later with replaced frames!
I will definitely be back for my next pair of glasses.

I came here on a Friday afternoon and was appalled by the service I received. There were three people working there — one was helping two gentlemen when I arrived and the other two were just talking to each other. It took a good ten minutes for anyone to acknowledge me at all, and by this point I had already pursued all of their offerings twice. When someone did pay attention to me, it was the lady who was already helping the two men in the store. She asked if I needed help and I said yes, she said she would help me in a second. Correct me if I’m wrong, but I do not know if too many people who spend 10 minutes in a glasses store where all of the glasses are in locked cabinets who do not need help. I waited for another five minutes and decided that enough was enough. I told the lady I would be back later. I won’t be back.

Great service and great products. They have a wide range of frames to choose from and amazing, helpful staff. Yes, they are on the pricy side but you’re absolutely getting what you paid for. They were super helpful helping me choose the frame and suggesting the best lenses. My rimless, Silhouette glasses were ready within a week, as promised, and I couldn’t be happier.

Within one lunch hour, I went in initially for only contact lenses but walked away with contact lenses and Dior glasses whereby I’ve been searching the perfect frame for the longest time. I was treated with such courtesy and was provided with honest their opinion. I am very satisfied with the glasses I’ve chosen and the service that was provided. Very friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend anyone to check this location out if you are in need.

Above retail prices on progressive lenses. I was quoted $ 850 for a product that retails below $ 600, and is discounted online for about $ 450. Outrageous. Very nice people though.
