My professor made me take a negotiation course with Stitt Feld Handy, which is not their problem, but here’s the problem with the course: It was $ 200 for about 30 minutes worth of material that wasn’t useful at all. The program looked like it was made on a 1995 Packard Bell, and it was extremely outdated. We were given a «discount» for $ 100 which was still crazy. I’ve seen programs on floppy disks with more information that cost about $ 2. This company is clearly scamming their customers, and over-charging for a practically useless product. I strongly suggest you AVOID this company. You can get a better, more modern education elsewhere for MUCH, MUCH cheaper. The site frequently shuts down for days at a time. During our final, our professor had to extend the deadline 4 days because that’s how long it took them to resolve the problem. Calling them on the phone or sending an email to them is little help. When I emailed them about my dissatisfaction of their service, they refused a refund and suggested that I try the course again with a clearer mind. WHAT? These guys are delusional! Shame on you, Stitt Feld Handy. Your company is run by scam artists.
