Food was overpriced (imagine paying more than the price advertised on-​line to eat in a cafeteria style setting.) The portion was the smallest portion of chicken I have ever been served at a Swiss Chalet. The french fries were horrible and not the usual ones that they serve with the nice skin on them, these fries were too oily, lacking texture and flavour. The only thing that was up to standard was the sauce — because I guess they couldn’t find a way to mess that up. I really don’t understand how the parent company is allowing this franchise to use their name. If this was what I usually experienced at Swiss Chalet, I would never return.
