Business Owner

Stefan Overgaard is a former member of the Canadian Alpine Ski Team and founder of SXS Fitness. He started training athletes back in 2003 and in 2007 he incorporated SXS Fitness after graduating from Ryerson University with a business degree and a keen desire to help elite athletes elevate their game.

What started out as a few training programs and nutritional guidelines based on his extensive racing career, branched out into a full blown, strength and conditioning program. He added to this with accreditations from the major fitness associations and has a proven track record to improve elite athlete performance.

Being a great motivator, he has also taken on regular clients who either want to lose a few pounds or are still passionate about a sport and haven’t lost the competitive edge or thrown in the towel.
