Established in 1974.

The founder of the school Victor J. Miller saw that the Bar industry needed people who were formally trained on the in’s & out’s of Bartending.

Working shifts and having to train new employees during that shift has cost so many owners & bartenders money.

So The Bartending School of Ontario came to reality in 1974 and has been going strong every since, Winning numerous Awards, Accreditation and recognition over the years.

Business Owner

Diana is one of the owners of The Bartending School.

With impressive credentials Diana’s started Bartending in 1986 where she gained experience working in Pubs, Fine Dining, Sports bar & Night Club.

*Night Club Manager of Network Night Club

*A licensed Private Investigator

*Consultant to many bar owners.

*Registered Bartender Instructor since 1989 with Private Vocational Schools & Career Colleges.

*Contributor to many Bar & Restaurant articles and has *consulted many Cocktail books and Movies.

Today Diana is at the Bartending School teaching classes or on location with Bar Owners/​Managers working with the staff or Consulting plus helping staff Bartenders for all big or small events.
