History

Established in 2010.

We are home grown small business that specializes in gourmet caramel apples and a variety of chocolates, candies, and confections. Everything is made in house using fair trade Swiss Chocolate and only the finest ingredients. We also offer many vegan and gluten free options!

We always deliver the «wow» factor for weddings, events and corporate gifts! Our custom hand-crafted touches make each event truly unique.

This is a nice little gem that I found tucked away inside the Liberty Village market building.
It’s a quaint little shop with a charming staff and a plethora of treats to make your mouth water!
Very interesting flavor combinations! I’ll definitely be back here!

Amazing candy apples, truffles, chocolate bars but my favourite of all is the chocolate dipped strawberries you can special order here. To die for!!!

They’re no longer making vegan fudge, which makes me sad, but they more than make up for it with 3 types of vegan chocolates: Cookies ‘n cream, smoked chocolate, and lemon filled, peppermint patties, dark chocolate peanut butter cups and the holy grail this time of year, VEGAN CREAM EGGS!
I REPEAT SUGAR ADDICTS, THEY HAVE VEGAN CREAM EGGS!

And chocolate dark easter bunnies, some type of brittle and popcorn. But, I think it’s clear I’m only excited about one thing here.
I’m not sure what makes non-vegan cream eggs non-vegan other than dairy in the chocolate, because the filling is just a simple corn syrup and icing sugar mix.
Anyway, run, don’t walk while these are in stock. At $ 3.75 they are a splurge but easter yolo.

Love the Crème brûlée bars but they always sell out almost the same day they’re made but everything else is just as good so I’m happy to try every new creation that comes from the owner’s brilliant imagination like the chocolate covered marzipan squares or the homemade twix bars and you can never go wrong with a dozen of her amazing truffles… now I’ve just made myself hungry just thinking about all the delicious sweets, now I’ll have to stop in there tonight to pick myself up a treat tonight after work.

We were delightfully surprised by the quality of the products at the Golden Apple!
Our first visit here we had a hard time picking between the flavours of dipped apples that they have in store. In the end we picked out two of their Chocolate and Caramel Dipped apples (one Apple Pie, the other Turtles) — they were the best we have ever had, hands down.
We will definitely return here in the future to test out more of their products :)

Wow this is one of the hidden treasures of the Liberty Market Building and it’s a shame because they make some of the tastiest treats that I have ever seen and to top it all off the staff are funny and engaging, you can even get a chocolate frozen banana here (because there is always money in the banana stand). If you are in Liberty Village and you have some time to take a walk through the market building don’t miss this shop.
