The Great Plumbing Company

I’m not sure someone is supposed to be this excited that our toilet leak stopped, but after the exceptional service we just received from Jeff @ The Great Plumbing Co. I can’t help but admit that’s how I’m feeling.
Because of all the horror stories you hear about plumbers, I looked long and hard before I chose who I was going to call and it was a bit of a learning experience.
I have new found appreciation for plumbers who insist on an in-​person quote rather than taking a guess over the phone. He was very up front about costs including that he would waive the diagnostic fee if we went ahead and chose him to do the job.
He is professional, up front, on time, and personable!
As he advertises, you pay by the job; rather than for the job plus an hourly fee, and I like that approach myself.
He made sure he had fixed the problem before he left and that was important, as the easy fix he initially tried didn’t work. Apologizing that he was going to have to recommend a more expensive job but reassuring us it should fix the problem, we allowed him to continue. Because of the preset rates we were able to pay him prior to him completing the job (we didn’t have to, it was just more convenient for us).
He was clean, organized (had everything with him to get the job done today), and was happy to answer any questions we might have. You could tell he knew what he was doing.
I would happily recommend this company to anyone looking for an efficient, reliable plumbing service.
