Worst customer experience ever! This is my first time buying stuff and using service at Home Depot and it will probably be my last time using their service. We ordered some hardwood flooring and also their delivery/installation service. They called us to schedule a delivery on last Saturday and installation Tuesday. So we happily waited in our new home for a couple of hours and then got a call«Sorry we can’t make it today. Our vendor didn’t deliver to the store. We will call you back to let you know if we can make it on Monday.» Fair enough. A manager even called us on Sunday saying that«We will call you on Monday». On Monday, no one called. We had to call back. One agent told us the vendor should deliver to the store on Tuesday and would confirm with us on Tuesday morning. OK. On Tuesday, they called«The vendor will deliver the flooring to the store today and we will call you about the delivery and installation date». OK. We waited, We got a call from installation team and scheduled next Tuesday. But we never got the call about the delivery date. We called a few more times and no one seemed to know! One last call to them, they told us the delivery would be on next Monday, just 1 day before the installation. Also the vendor didn’t make it today, again and they would deliver tomorrow. AREYOUSERIOUS? How can we even trust you people on the deliver next Monday? What if you couldn’t make it again? We’ve already taken a day off because you were supposed to deliver last Saturday and install today and now we have to take another 2 days off for this crap? Besides, we never agreed on the delivery date on next Monday! No one called. And if the vendor is delivering to the store tomorrow, can’t they do a delivery on the day after tomorrow or during the weekend? Oh they can’t because they have a full schedule. So WEDON“T HAVE A FULLSCHEDULE. APPARENTLYWEHAVEALLDAYSTOWAITFORYOURDELIVERY! WEHAVETOPAYFORTHEPRICETHATYOUCANNOTDELIVER! Totally bad customer experience. Now I wish I could buy these stuff on Amazon.

I will let you form your own opinion of this location, this is my experience. Ordered and paid $ 1,200 in drywall on Wed for delivery today. This is the second time ordering this amount and the last time they did not deliver on 3 separate dates they promised. I swore I would not get burned again so I told them about the last time I tried to order. Looked me in the eye and promised it would be there. Just got word, they never put the order in. not getting it this week, no work this weekend for me. I was in a crunch and needed some rebar, needed to know what the longest length they stocked was. No one from the floor or pro desk would answer so was transferred to service desk. They just put me on hold, they were not allowed to go to the isle, look on the computer or ask someone to walk over and look at what they had. Tired a couple times that day, always the same thing. Reps in other departments are generally decent and know what they are talking about depending on their backgrounds. The problem is when you need to be able to count on something with management to back it up it really will burn you. Don’t bother emailing the pro desk, waste of time as you will not get a reply.
