Purchased balloons that were quite expensive only to have them last a day and a half which was particularly disappointing since I needed them to last two days or more.
It was not my first time buying balloons and my previously purchased balloons lasted a week. I was hoping for the same but it was not the case.

I’be been buying my nieces and nephews their birthday presents and balloons here for 6 years now. Their prices are somewhat high, but ballon arrangements are always put together with care and look great.

Wow. Never have I seen a business more determined to not go out of their way for a customer. Seriously, the amount of time it took you to tell me you «don’t do that» repeatedly took longer than it would have taken to just help me out.
