Established in 2007.

Our location has been remodelled and developed many times over the years. From a post office, to a clothing store, and now a health food store. We opened at this location to give the scarborough community a convenient, reasonably priced health food store.

This store is a little dated, but the selection isn’t bad and it’s a pretty good size for a health food store. As others have said, I saw a lot of expired or very soon expiring products on shelves. They seem to be a little behind on the trends. No pastured eggs or meat. No grass fed dairy. I found some organic coconut milk kefir I’ve never seen anywhere else and that’s pretty cool. It’s not up to par with the competitors in other parts of the city but it’s good for the neighbourhood and close enough to one of my gyms that I’ll probably pop back in occasionally.

Good selection, but make sure you pay attention the the dates on the items, especially the bread, they are often expired. Some of the products are cheaper from a supermarket. They don’t have flyers either.

It’s a nice spot recently opened up in parkdale! Great vibe! Hip but not so grungy! Friendly bar tender. Good music and no cover. I had my birthday party there the past wkend! Had an awesome time there!

I have been here a few times & plan to come back again. They have pretty much all my «speciality» food items for my gluten free, vegan diet. The prices are pretty good too. Somethings are a better deal then others but for the most part it’s fairly priced. I really liked this place!

The store is definitely not fancy and at first I was skeptical about making a purchase there. But I have been there quite a few times now and find the staff friendly and helpful. The have a large variety of vitamins and I find that their prices are very good. THey have a large selection of other products as well but I mainly go for the vitamins. *Warning* You do need to check the expiry dates of products as I have come across products where they are expired and still on the shelf. Other than that I like coming to shop here.
