The Overflow Cafe

I like these guys … communicate well and there site audit tool is excellent. The tool tells you exactly where you need to improve your website … exactly not some theory of what you need to do … the tool also puts side by side your competition — your site — their site … where you are beating them and where they have the advantage over you.
I just started with them … already sent in a ton of questions and with in hours i have a clear readable answer — They also give you a list of Directories you need to be back-​linked with too… because i am cheap i am doing this myself but the list they send you could pass on to a PA easily … they give you all the instructions too.
Good stuff on getting ranked in google…

Overflow Café works for me. I’ve been a client since June 2008 and they’ve taken care of my
website very well. I’ve always been happy with the customer service and results have been
overall positive. The price is reasonable, Overflow Café hasn’t change pricing on me like some
other companies out there, and they keep in regular contact with me so I always know what’s
going on.
Several times I had some broken links on my website and Overflow Café contacted me to let
me know and they’ve coached me towards making several key improvements.
The one improvement that I would really like to see is simpler reporting. The monthly report I
receive from Overflow Café each month can be too complex, to the point where I just skim
through it. I do recommend them to others.

I really like Overflow Café. I’ve been their customer for a long time. It started a few years ago when I emailed them to find out if they could help me with website promotion. Someone emailed me back with some helpful pointers to improve my website design, which was a pleasant surprise. I then phoned so they could walk me through the sign up process, which took about 10 minutes and was simpler than I thought.
After about 9 months I had some ideas and emailed them requesting a phone call (that way I save on my phone charges if they call me.) Someone called me back the next day and we brainstormed some really good ideas and they had no problem helping me out.
Overflow Café emails me 2 times each month. Once when they’ve charged me my monthly fee, they email me a receipt. That makes life easier. The second email is their monthly service email which describes what they are doing for me. Some of the months were pretty vague, but other months were filled with lots of pages of reports. I personally prefer the shorter reports because I don’t have much time to read through everything.
Anytime I want to make a change on my account, it’s easy, I log into my account whenever I need to update my profile and make changes.
They are easy to deal with, the price is right (it’s a flat fee) and the results were great for me. Their service has paid for itself many times over for me. In closing, I recommend Overflow Café and I give them a perfect score. If I wanted them to improve on anything, it would be that they would have 24 hour per day phone support instead of just Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm because I’m a bit of a night owl. But I guess I can’t have it all!

I own a restaurant here in VA and I must admit I was lucky to reach these guys. They made my business grow only in 3 months which is excellent and I hope it grows the same way. I strongly recommend people to rach out to them for SEO services. They bring traffic to your site and also increase your rankings on major search engines. Okay, I admit that I probably got scammed by Overflow Café. They say they make websites popular and only charge $ 29.95/month with a suggested 6 month minimum to see results. I’ve been a customer for 6 months and my website SEO is still not performing. I do a lot better with my business listed on Unilocal for free. People call everyday and say «I saw you on Unilocal.»
Here’s my complaint: Overflow café has not produced any visible results. They send out generalized reports every couple of months. There is no indication of what they have done for my website. Plus, I’ve tried to call them them and it pisses me off that they don’t answer and the message says «mailbox full, please call back». Maybe that is allowable ONCE. But, the second time that happens, a week later, makes me think that Overflow Café is a SCAM. Also, they have not responded to my emails either to cancel my subscription. That’s why I’m listing them here on Unilocal so that you all don’t waste your money.
