The Vapeshore

Great place if you are in the area they have decent stock levels, modest prices, good staff for the most part. The could upgrade their testers for their bar it might do them better
Good house juices too. I have been a few times that says a lot about me

I live downtown and usually get my vaping products there, but being in southwest Etobicoke I decided to pop in here instead.
My Nautilus Mini had fallen on the ground and shattered, so the woman there (Kim, I think) was incredibly helpful in showing me tanks similar to the NM. After about 10 minutes of discussing the pros and cons of various tanks, I ended up with a KangerTech GeniTank Mini.
And while I was there, I tried a whole bunch of their e-​juices. I like that their prices were on par with the other stores, with a spectrum of choices. There was one brand that was super-​high quality but only came in a big size, so I went with the Oh My Custard. It turned out that the GeniTank Mini wasn’t the best tank for the OMC, but I was still able to get some decent, tasty draws from it.
Note: I ended up going back to the Nautilus Mini because the draws are better and I had to refill the GeniTank a few times a day, but this is in no way at all a reflection on The Vapeshore’s Service. They are fantastic and I would visit them again when in the area.
Oh, and they deliver, too.

Unfortunately, I don’t have any good things to say about this shop other than it has a lot of space to accommodate many Vape heads. However, I was given a menu of the brands and juices they carry and more than half of the menu was unavailable to sample or even to purchase. That was a huge let down. They couldn’t even provide a specific date as to when they would be receiving more stock. I understand the problem they are having has to do with the Canadian Customs blocking alot of the US e-​juice imports but why don’t they just take these items off the menu so customers aren’t left disappointed.
On top of that, there is not a single sale in sight or clearance on products. As a smart consumer it really upsets me when these shops can’t offer at least some affordable options.
Service was okay but it’s not the type of place I would enjoy spending time at (like ez Vape, Vape shop in Kensington market & ecig flavorium). There was a lack of the relaxed chill ambiance some of us vapers have a preference for. However, it must be noted that the shop has only been open for about 6 months so I will give them time to smooth out the wrinkles. I will write an update either after boxing day when they are supposedly having sales or later in the summertime.
P. S. A lady salesperson helped me. I didn’t deal with Wes.
On the plus side, they carry some Five Pawns juices and the «oh my custard» wasn’t bad. They have alot of custard flavoured juices and a few holiday flavours as well.

I’ve been to The Vapeshore three times and the staff (and all the customers I’ve met) are great. Very experienced vapers who readily share their knowledge and didn’t try pressuring me into buying anything. They have some quality ejuices and equipment. Wes is great to talk to and he’s funny. And he has the vaping passion. Wes and a couple of customers who were in the store answered my questions about rebuildables, the DNA 40 mods (specifically the Vapor Shark rDNA 40), and new items coming out. I’m really liking the Five Pawns juices. And they even have Blue Ballz!
Unlike some stores, including one in Port Credit that seems to frown upon people who are into rebuildables, I feel welcome in the store. I will definitely be a regular customer at The Vapeshore and another store in Mississauga (the owner of which said Wes is a stand up guy) and one in Brampton. Hrm… maybe I’ll bring Wes a burger from Woodys a few doors down. O=)

These guys rock. They’re honest and carry a lot of stuff. Prices are very reasonable and they don’t try to push things on you. They also have a rewards card and you earn points on purchases that you can redeem for free e-​juice. If you’re looking for vape gear these are the guys.

Today was the first time I visited this shop. I met Wes’s mom and she helped me out picking a mech mod for my boyfriend. She was so helpful and extremely friendly and down to earth. I can’t stand shops that think they’re too cool to help out and I definitely didn’t get this vibe at all. I tried a Spectrum juice and I will be back to pick it up. So far, so good, great shop and knowledgeable staff. Check it out if you haven’t already.

So you are looking to quit smoking and/​or get into this «vaping» scene. You start looking online, and see all these cig-​a-​like brands with amazing reviews (as sites pay other sites for great reviews). You will likely try them, and if you are lucky to receive your package from customs, you will be intrigued … but not satisfied. You will then go looking for more. More clouds. More taste. More trust in components and liquids. At this point, you will look locally as you recognize shipping costs add up and time is precious, and when you do, I can’t recommend The Vapeshore enough.
Wes and his guys? fam? have started a great store here on the west side of Toronto/​Etobicoke (which is at the bottom of Brownsline and the Lakeshore, not where google thinks it is). I have been to a couple stores here in Toronto (more downtown focused), there are some good ones (like EZ Vape) and some of which offer cheap chinese components rebranded with their label. However, Vapeshore is a step above. Here you will have great customer service, with Wes willing to teach you the in and outs of the vape scene. It is all very laid back, and other customers/​regulars/​pros will likely be there and are a fountain of information as well. Vapeshore stocks all the e-​cig hardware (and mods) that you need to get started or advance your collection, and offers a host of liquids from top Canadian brands – which frankly blew me away (after ordering from top US brands, waiting forever, and paying more only to realize the Canadian scene is far further along than I ignorantly assumed).
Come to the Vapeshore, sit down, ask questions, sample top juices. Listen to what they teach and you will be closing the door on tar/​arscenic and opening one to endless tastes and clouds.
