I went to the Oakville location, and they sold a faulty product which stretched out after one wear. After spending $ 400 in the store, did they not only refuse to return the items for exchange they refused to give money back. Not only did they abuse me, and practically steal money from me they accused me of harrassment when I asked for the return and the entire team bullyed me, assuming that I would back down.

I have been a customer for over 2 years and actually quite like their products. What upset me the most is that I bought 3 sale items only 3 days ago — paid over $ 200 for them — and today those items went on further reduction by 50% and they refused to do anything about it for me. I asked if they would consider offering store credit so in turn I buy more products and the customer service rep kept saying it’s the «nature of retail».
Actually it’s not — there IS such thing as doing right by your customers — especially since they have been repeat customer and by offering a goodwill gesture you win over a loyal customer for life.
I can buy workout clothes /​active wear from MANY MANY places — what you just did to save a few bucks lost my business for life!

This activewear shop has a good selection and the items I have tried so far have been pretty good quality (some tanks and leggings). Prices are reasonable and even if the regular price is a bit high, they usually have a good sale section with deep markdowns. Some of the styles are a bit too flashy for me (lots of elaborate cut outs and overly strappy tanks), but they have some more basic items too in fun colours. Just make sure to do the forward bend test on all leggings. I tried a pair of their «Lucky leggings» which were made of a great, thicker fabric and were totally opaque. But I tried some of their other leggings which were unfortunately sheer.
Service here is excellent. I find the store is never too busy, so the salesgirls are really keen to help you find what you’re looking for without being pushy. I appreciated them checking in often while I was in the change room to get different sizes for me.

My wife recently started buying their clothes within the last year and love them. It’s great to see a local Canadian company that makes great clothing wear with style, quality and pricing to match.
The review today is not about the clothing, but rather about the customer service specifically at this location (from the assistant manager/​manager). Today my wife went in to get her pants hemmed, but was informed since she didn’t have her receipt with her and as the purchase was over two weeks, the complimentary hemming does not apply and that she will have to pay $ 5 for the service. This contradicts what she was told when she originally purchased the pants.
Called up Customer Service and spoke with Samantha who confirmed there was no time limit on the complimentary hemming so long as they were purchased at regular price. They could also assist to verify further when you make the purchase as they also record it under your account. This option wasn’t even offered to us. It appears this location would need a little refresher update on their policy.
Too bad the Titika location on Queen St. East closed as they had exceptional customer service.

So happy to see this place here, so close to home! Well; happy sad. I’m on a budget and this is far too much temptation for me.
I’d read about Titika on a lululemon lover’s blog as an alternative for lululemon addicts. I browsed the website and was interested to see what the clothes looked like in real life. It was so exciting to see a real life store a few weeks later!
This location opened on September 22^nd-​I missed it because I was away but was in here this weekend to have a good old browse. It’s like lululemon with an edge and I think better quality too. It’s most certainly pricey-​think $ 50+ for a tank top-​but they have some lovely pieces. I left with one black top which I love today but have my eye on a few other things in there too. If I was in a slightly better place financially I would have left with lots more. The quality is excellent and they have some really unusual detailing on their tanks and tops. They do run a bit roomy though so it’s likely you’ll be sizing down. Got to love vanity sizing-​particularly in athletic wear!
Staff are super friendly. They even coped with my quite grumpy Sunday «I’m wearing my ipod-don’t bother me» mood with good humour. They were fantastic for getting new sizes and recommending items/​the correct size. The store itself is bright, clean and a really pleasant place to shop. It’s not cluttered and is merchandised well. I even love their bags!
I have a sneaking suspicion that I’ll be upgrading this place to 5 stars soon. I love that it’s a Toronto based company that is growing. I’m looking forward to seeing more of the fall/​winter line. What I’m not looking forward to is trying to either stop myself from buying anything here or trying to figure out how to pay the visa. Maybe they’d let me work for clothes? I should email them!
