TNT carries a lot of brands that Barneys does but the customer service is absolutely deplorable. Letter to the staff: If I am going to buy a beautiful but grossly overpriced sweater, can you at least attempt to make the interaction decent and cordial? This would not have to be too drastic a leap; it would involve initiating some kind of greeting and perhaps throwing in a ‘thank-you’ or ‘goodbye.‘ Sigh.

With sought after casual high end like Edun, Sass n’ Bide, McCartney, Collette, M Missoni and Valentino R.E.D. among others, TNT Women’s is total snootiness at it’s best. Just to be clear, there are three of these stores in Hazelton Lanes: TNT Mens, Womens and BLU(the most casual). It’s younger than Holt’s with more of a boutique feel but pricey as hell. They often have a few select exclusive pieces to choose from and cater to two types of women: those who have worked for their money but are under 40 and those who were born into money but are over 23. It’s a Toronto store, so there’s lots of black, lots of plain and lots of zeros.
