I had Torlonto Maids aka Cleanify clean my home for a Move out cleaning. All of my cleaning supplies had been moved out the day before. All they had to do was clean out the cabinets washrooms, 2 fridges etc. I was very careful when booking to make sure maids would have their own supplies. The girl and her elderly father that showed up to clean my 5 bedroom hoom had 1 rag and 1 bottle of pinesol. No glass cleaner for mirrors, no mops, no buckets, no toilet brushes, no granite cleaner, not even a roll of paper towels. The fridges and counters were cleaned with the same rag as the toilets. All floors unwashed. If you want to clean your home yourself and go to the expense of buying all new cleaning products after you pay these people then by all means. I spent lots of money and time cleaning my own home while my supplies were waiting for me in a new city. All attempts for a credit or refund totally ignored. PLEASEBEWAREOFTORONTOMAIDSANDCLEANIFY!

When looking back at relationships, you can sometimes pinpoint the exact moment that everything fell apart. For me, that moment was the day I had Toronto Maids come and clean my condo. Like many home cleaning services, Toronto Maids send two random women to clean — so everytime, you might be getting someone different. The quality of work therefore depends on who arrives at your home. When I got back to my condo at the end of my work day, I went to my en suite bathroom and used it(nothing exciting). I flushed the toilet and the water started backing up. Strange, but I used a plunger to try and see if anything had clogged. The water just kept rising and rising. It filled my bathroom floor, and slowly started seeping into my bathroom. Hours of decisions later, I had an emergency nighttime plumber come over. He tried to snake the toilet, and told me whatever was jammed was not coming out. He had to replace the toilet. Hours later again, we stood behind my condo building and he asked if I wanted him to smash open the toilet to see what it had been causing the problem. Well, you’d never guess… it was the white brush at the end of the scrubber used to clean toilets. Clearly whatever the lady had been using had broken off, and she FLUSHEDITDOWNTHETOILET. The emergency plumber, plus a new toilet, cost me over $ 1,000. The detriment and heartache though was my partner that I lived with and I realized we could not sustain huge, hours-long issues such as clogged toilets, and our relationship deteriorated from there. To put it simply: do not recommend.
