History
Established in 2004.
As Dynamic Conditioning Centre, but rebranded in September 2104 as Transcend Health.
We’ve morphed from a two dimensional facility into a multidimensional, 4 pillared approach to health and wellness.
Over 7 years on Yonge street in a 5400 square foot facility, we’ve now expanded to offer mental, emotional and spiritual wellness to go along with our personal training and bootcamp programs.
Meet the Business Owner
Lee D.
Business Owner
Lee is a life long student of personal growth, fitness entrepreneur and facility owner, speaker, inventor, writer, Life Coach and Stress/Anxiety expert. For over 23 years, Lee has been journeying to find the tools necessary to live happily and healthfully, never — Until Now — feeling comfortable in his own skin.
Once dealing with severe anxiety, Lee was unable for a long time to even enter into a bar or public scene without feeling as though everyone were talking about him. «I felt like I was going insane, would begin to hyperventilate, my mind would go elsewhere, I really felt like I was losing it.»
Lee has discovered the tools, programs and understanding to not only overcome his own fears and anxiety’s, but also to help others alleviate hardships, overcome paradigms and ultimately, have, do or be anything they so choose.
Early on, Lee turned to his love of fitness from hockey and track to weight lifting. This passion continued to grow from a love of working out himself to one of help
