I’ve had several pieces done here and I’d found they were fine for basic alterations. However, I gave them a very simple wide strap tank top which I wanted to take in at the shoulders in order to shorten and I was shocked at the laziness of the work when I got it back. The shirt is orange and white but they used black thread underneath with a wide, loose stitch. They also should have unstitched and resown some of the seams so that it sat flat, but no, they kept it thick and just left the pieces to sit there. I don’t use this place any more.

Every little Asian needs to have an alteration business in her back pocket. Things I look for in these services are convenient location, consistent service, and inexpensive prices. The fact is, every pair of pants I purchase costs about $ 10 more than the price at the store; they always need shortening. This is really a preliminary review, since I’ve only just dropped off my pants, and I hope to be writing a positive update when I pick them up. So far: friendly guy, seems confident, and is eager to serve. He offered to have me double check the alteration before I left, which I’ve never had offered before. It’s not really worth it to have me put my pants on and measure pant legs when the service is only $ 6! Impressive.
