Also we pick them one by one from tree top brunches they grow on the hill under 400 metre altitude. in marination we used only Naturel spring water and Naturel sea salt (nothing else) in the stone watts with old fashion style .They are % 100 gluten free.

Established in 1975.

Our grand grand father was olive grower off course my family still continue .when I was small big people was caming from Europe they was buying our high end olives. Off course you giving your heard to grow olives is your love your baby you want to see your baby from top of the market becouse you have the best recepy after all brother and sister thing together we would like to sell our black pearl premium gourmet olives with our mom recepy internationally. We thing canada is the most international population country they speak more then 250 language and we can have big door open for us that’s what we thing 2007 September we open first retail store my first costumer was a husband and wife I explain them 30 minute why is the best :) and they buy only two olives one more people and other one one they I came store there is a wery big line up front of the store I m shock January 28 2008 national post wrote about me first Canadian Olive and Olive product seller that’s they was my honour. thanks
