Great service and huge selection. You will walk out finding a perfect pair of shoes. The sales rep was very helpful in finding a right size fit.

Used to visit this store because I worked close-​by. The only pair of shoes that I ever bought from them was a pair of Clarks Indigo pumps and the the heel came off after only one wear. I had to pay to get it fixed at a shoe repair near my residence. Although this wasn’t directly their fault, I wear Clarks on a daily basis and have never had this problem with their shoes even after years of wear. The staff are uninterested and seem to be avoiding customers instead of encouraging sales. They also seem to get a bit temperamental when you try on shoes and decide not to buy them; somehow they take it as a personal rejection. Will never buy anything from this place.

This review is for the website. I wanted a particular sandal that was not available on the normal websites (Zappos) so kept searching and found it available on this one:
. I ordered the sandal ⁰⁷⁄₀₅ only to find out much later that the shoe was out of stock but on order. I received notice it shipped on ⁰⁷⁄₁₅ and was delivered on ⁰⁷⁄₂₃ via UPS. The shoe was tight and had to be returned. That shouldn’t be bad right? I fully expected to ship it back via UPS. NO CAN DO. Their policy states: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be sent back to our office with the U. S postal service, via standard mail. We are not able to accept returns from UPS, FEDEX, DHL or any other courier.
What does this mean? This means you ship it back via USPS with NO TRACKING. That is messed up. Why do they do it this way? So they can say they never received it back?
I have to say that after my online order with this company (and I’m not saying they are the cause but interesting this never happened before) I received a phishing scam text on my cell phone followed by days of none stop calls from odd numbers from all over the U.S. I reported the phishing scam. I also received a fraudulent charge on my Visa card which is now closed.
Don’t order from this website, my guess is there is no security and perhaps employees gave out my phone/​credit info? I’m usually very careful about which sites to shop on. I clearly made a mistake with this company. Don’t do the same thing!

Avoid this website, horrible service. Very nice over phone but full BS shipping dates. Please use PayPal if you use this service, package still hasn’t shown up. Was almost funny to hear the man over the phone sound and act like he was looking up information, to know he was making the dates up all along. PayPal put a hold on the funds but immediately after… I received the tracking number (yes, I called to confirm the validity). This company had a pair of boots at twice the original cost but the only pair I could find. I will never buy anything from them or an affiliate. Thanks for reading.

The sales assistant is excellent she is very helpful and pleasant. However I found the Manager (short slim older man) to be a bit prickly and distant. Shoe selection is excellent if your shoe size is 8 or lower – larger sizes tend to always be out of stock. They will search other locations to find sizes for you but beware Owner-​man will prefer to have shoes shipped to their location so he can make the sale.
