Unfortunately, the needed repairs were not completed in the spring or summer.
As the fall is here, morning frosts, and snow — I think it may be too late to do masonry work (water in any new mortar put down would expand/​contract during freezing and thawing and break apart the mortar and brick).
I have brought my concern to the Better Business Bureau for their assistance resolving this issue.
