Writing this review is easy. I’ve been coming here for years when I need a quick fix. Where are you going to go when you can’t figure out why your bike is making a noise and you get it fixed no waiting. Who today will tightened your spokes for $ 25 and no upsell while you wait(down the street they wanted me to leave my bike and $ 125). Where are you going to take your bike to get it fixed/looked at right away no waiting, even when they are busy. Who in this city will tighten things up while you wait and say no charge. I always leave a generous tip when they say no charge. This place is a blast from the past with service like you would get in a time gone by. I have a lot of respect for these people, maybe not the most charming but definitely veterans that have paid their dues and they will take care of your needs, usually on the spot while you wait. These are definitely the good people from days gone by. They earned their place but don’t get the respect they deserve. Got a small problem with your bike, bring it here and let the good people take care of you, without charm or grace but plenty of integrity.

Great prices and service here. He’s quite busy lately so you might run into issues getting your biked looked at. But definitely a good place to go if you’re in the area. One thing troubles me though. I read a few nasty reviews referring to the older lady who works there. One said something about her being stoned and another talks about her coming from the great depression. You guys are insensitive morons. The poor lady has suffered multiple strokes. Lets see you work after something like that happens to you. Have some class and stop being douches.

I had an overnight flat on my bike so I called the shop, I live in the neighbourhood. The gentleman that answered said he could do the repair right away but I must show up before he leaves. I showed up within 30 min and he repaired the flat within 10 minutes. As it was a complicated flat, he diagnosed the wheel, tube & tire, and after adding fresh rim tape and a new tube he assured me it shouldn’t happen again. $ 17 and I was rolling again. Very courteous, professional, friendly and prompt. I’ll be back Monday for a tune-up. Nice dog btw!

I had major bike issues on the Don trail today and needed some TLC around 6pm. I rode past Warren and they looked closed… so I called. A very stoned sounding elderly lady answered saying«Helloooooo?». So I asked if she was at Warren Cycle. yes. Are you open? no. What kind of hours ARE they open if not 6pm on a weekday? Not going to waste my time going here again…

the older couple that works here must own this building. ive been in a couple times, passed by on my way to and from the gym, and every time i see the older lady, she looks like shes still living in the great depression. she looks like she IS the great depression. or maybe she doesnt like the neighbourhood anymore. could be. i remember her not even looking at me when she answered my questions. they do sell bikes there, of course, some new and some used and there are glass showcases of other bike paraphernalia. the set up of the store, however, doesnt lend itself to browsing, or even feeling comfortable. its purely for function and not style or even visual clarity of presentation. i asked about a tune up for my bike and that costs 35 bucks which is more expensive by about 8 – 10 bucks than i can get it elsewhere.
