I treated myself to my first set of eyelash extensions for my birthday, and decided to try Wax & Lash. Jen recommended what would look best with my eye shape and gave me exactly what I wanted — something that adds oomph while still airing on the side of natural.
I was very comfortable the entire time and she played awesome music.
I am in love with my new lashes and will definitely be coming back!

Jen is an artist, hands down the best in the city! Quality products (no stinky cheap glue here), total perfectionist, listened and understood what I wanted done. Lashes actually lasted 4 weeks without refill, obviously there was some fallout but not enough to be noticeable — very impressive. I’m definitely getting my lashes done by Jen again next time I’m in town.

I have tried out many waxing places in the downtown core in search of the perfect go-​to place, and this is it for me. Jen, moreso than any other technician I have been to, knows how to customize brow shape. I went in with horrible brows, which had been made way too thin and short by the last technician I saw– I waited 3 – 4 months for them to grow back in before seeing Jen. She cleaned them up well, and gave me hope that they will grow back further. I also got my upper lip done, and out of all the times I have waxed it, this time hurt the least. As others have noted, it’s a convenient and clean location, and Jen has awesome talent and costumer service. Great price– might be a bit more than other places but I am willing to pay knowing I’ll look good.

My first time going there– location is great and the facility is nice and clean. The technician is nice and really accommodating in terms of booking.
I had a previous set of lashes removed and a new set put on. The price point was kind of high (203 $) and the lashes were way too short. The appointment also took 2.5hrs.

Jen is the BEST. THE VERY BEST. I’ve tried lashes from quite a few different technicians in the city, and she’s incredible. Her customer service is bar none, her commitment to quality and experience is perfection! I really enjoyed having my first set done at WAX & LASH not only because of her attention to detail, but they are more long lasting than other sets I’ve had.
Definitely recommend coming her for a lash set that’s custom and done with care!

I’ve had my lashes done at places all over the city and wax and lash is by far the best! Not only are they expertly applied, but my eyes are never irritated afterwards. Jen is fast and accurate and knows exactly how to customize lash length and curl for your individual eye shape.

Jen is the ultimate in talent and professionalism — plus, she’s charming to boot!
I’ve been to other lash salons and while I’ve never quite hated the process, I’ve never really enjoyed it. Wax & Lash changed that.
I love laying on the table and being pampered, having a good conversation, or simply falling asleep to wake up gorgeous.
As far as the lashes go, they’re top quality — well worth every penny you’ll pay, and her rates are dope to begin with. You can’t put a price on walking out the door confident with no makeup on!
Beautiful space, fabulous service, convenient location — I can’t say enough other than to reiterate that I’m so glad I found Wax & Lash.
