I booked two massages(one for myself and one for my husband). One massage therapist did not show up(a single therapist performed two massages, starting about ½ hour after the appointed start time). The company did not contact us to let us know about the change(the one therapist that did come had to call and text them several times to find out what was going on). Later we received a very long winded email from the company — who still wanted(and we’re fighting this) to charge us a CAD30 travel fee and set up fee(which was prepaid) for the therapist that did not show up!

I have had a good experience, and have gotten appointments in a reasonable time frame — 3 days or so. I’ve been using them for quite a few months now, and it has been great for me because I really like the convenience of in-home service. Being a female I don’t mind male therapists; I’ve seen different ones, and they have all been very professional, respectful, friendly and not too talkative — unlike some of the other places I’ve been to. So, if you are open to male therapists that might help with appointments.

Beware! I bought two packages from them but when I contacted them to set up an appropriate appointment, there were no workers available for weeks. Thankfully I planned in advance, a few weeks was really a few days off from the time that I had in mind. Although I was told that I would be kept in priority sequence, I was told that nothing was available for me at all this time. I figured alright, whatever, I’ll just accept a refund, which wasn’t really an issue because WeMassage doesn’t inform you of the the extra taxes and fees until you’ve registered your voucher. Unfortunately, the worker I was dealing with, Amy, refused to give me that either! I asked for my refund, and they let me know that I wouldn’t be receiving one, but when I got furious and read out the agreement, I got no responses! It’s as if the company had up and vanished! I contacted the original vendor( ) whose advice was to take it up with the issuing company… really? As if I hadn’t thought of that. They didn’t even make an effort to disguise their scam, both companies were passive then unresponsive. I regret not taking screenshots of the original ad, however I did keep the emails. I wouldn’t give this place a single star/rating, I’d actually report this business and it’s owner. That’s $ 60 down the drain… assholes!

I have been trying to schedule an appointment since September(6 months ago) for a female RMT to come to my house(at a very central, easily accessible location in Toronto). After trying unsuccessful to book appointments at all times of day(weekdays, weeknights, weekends) and constantly not being able to, I sent them an email asking them to name a date and time that works for them — anytime(literally). They were unable to get back to me with a time. I sent several more emails with no luck. Finally, at 3:20 this morning, I recevied an email saying that there was an appointment available at 3pm on a Saturday a month from now. I responded as soon as I got the email(9:59am) with a YES and they’ve just gotten back to me to tell me the appointment time is no longer available. Honestly, don’t do it. Stay away… far far away. Doesn’t matter how cheap a deal it is, if you can’t get an appointment it’s just a waste of money. I’ve asked for a refund but I’m not feeling very confident that will come through. What a huge disappointment.

aweful customer services. Call at least 5 times, never any body on the phone. Email them yesterday, no response so far. I’m starting to think this online business is a total scam.
