Flowers were alright, at first the quality were excellent but now it seems like quality has gone down. Price is pretty good but don’t think I would go back. Much better places online.

Came by for some flowers today for Mother’s Day. I ordered ahead and chose from their selection on their website. When I called in, the girl who answered was very friendly, professional and helpful. (I’m sorry I didn’t get her name but she had a slight accent! — so if you ever read this, THANK YOU!)
When I actually got to the shop, they were quite busy trying to help people choose flowers, wrap flowers, etc. There were two people at the shop — I’m assuming the owner and the girl who answered the phone working at the front cash. I told the owner I was there to pick up some flowers, the brought it out. I opted for a hand tied bouquet, rather than one in a vase — 1. because it was a bit cheaper and 2. because we have too many vases!
The girl at the front wrapped my bouquet up — it was quick, simple and chic! The flowers themselves were pretty — I wouldn’t say it was exactly like the pictures but it was close enough! I’m a bit concerned because all the flowers are completely opened so I don’t think they’d last too long… I’ve read the other reviews who were complaining about the owner’s attitude… but I thought she was Okay. Not rude, but not extremely welcoming and upbeat either. Regardless, she has an amazing shop.
Other than that, I think that this place is great for those looking to buy flowers for those special people in your life. I spent about $ 40 + tax for my bouquet — although I will say I was a bit bummed because they had some bouquets at the front of the store for $ 34 which I thought were just as nice as the $ 40 bunch I bought. I would say that this place is modestly priced, conveniently located, and I would definitely come back to purchase from them again.

They updated their site and now online ordering is SO much easier.

I have tried ordering flowers from FTD, 1−800-Flowers, and all of the other big names. They never get my flowers to my girlfriend on time. Sometimes they never show up, or they show up days later. I was beyond frustrated.
Ever since I started using Wilbe Bloomin, my girlfriend gets GORGEOUS bouquets on time every time. I will continue to use them anytime I want to send flowers!

Based on the reviews I read, I certainly didn’t get the «friendly, helpful, caring» salesperson. Instead, I got a cold, mechanical person who after 5 minutes finally asked if I needed help then said she could «throw something together» for the special get well bouquet I was hoping to buy. When I said my budget was around $ 40, she picked out 4 flowers totalling $ 17 and then was going to fill it out with $ 23 worth of greenery (filler). I had to step in and request 3 more special flowers and no greenery. I left feeling like I paid $ 40 for a bouquet I could have bought from Gardenview Convenience for $ 11.99 and been much happier with it. While my bouquet was being rung up, the cashier yelled across the room, in my face, to her co-​worker telling her she forgot to tell her a story about her friend falling down. I’m sorry for her friend’s fall, but time and place. A paying customer, paying $ 40, who comes in to request a «burst of colour» bouquet for someone who is recovering from surgery in the hospital, should receive better service than this. Very disappointed. Wish I had the friendly, helpful, caring staff member — would have made a big difference on a sad day like today.

Wilda has taken care of me twice now. She is friendly and cares about you. She wants to know what you need and how she can best service you. She really wanted to get to know me and why I was getting the flowers for someone so she could make it special. I know I will buy many more bouquets from her in the future.

Best florist in Toronto BY FAR. They make the most beautiful bouquets. Everyone is super friendly and attentive. A major plus, the value! No scary prices or hidden fees!

I called from LA to get some flowers sent to my friend. I had the good fortune to speak with Wilda who was so helpful, so fun and so lovely. We discussed what she had in stock, what the occasion was, what the card should say. It was all fun and I just knew she would be personally making sure my friend would get the most beautiful wee cube arrangement ever. I will continue to call Wilda for my Toronto flower needs! I just found her on Unilocal so it’s nice when things work out so well. Forget online ordering, call Wilda and she will put a smile on your face and send your peeps some kick ass flowers.

Since my first visit in 2012, things have taken a bit of a turn. They are great for bunches of tulips ($ 10 and long lasting) and in the past I have been impressed with their bouquets, particularly last mother’s day.
But over the past year, I have felt a little ripped off. My boyfriend got me flowers and when he told me how much they were I was shocked. And I bought a bouquet that came to a lot of money once I got to the cash but I thought whatever, it is beautiful!
And then I came in for two small bouquets. There were about 5 carnations per bouquet and a couple of stems of smaller, more delicate flowers… and I was charged $ 20 plus tax per bouquet. I really needed them and I had told her that was my budget but I left feeling extremely underwhelmed and taken for a ride. Yes, they were pretty and done in a posie style (cut short and arranged nicely) but definitely not worth the price. I have now come to think of this florist as expensive.
My boyfriend and I will no longer be returning because of that experience.

Today was my first experience at Willbe Blooming and I can already tell it’ll be my new «shut up and take my money» destination. As a newcomer to the world of plants, this place immediately had me bonkers for botany. The woman working this afternoon was just about excited as I was (really excited) and educated me on everything from watering, soil and even repotting. She suggested a beautiful beginners plant, which I promptly purchased. Can’t wait to grab an Aloe Vera on my next visit!

Wilda really took the time to get to know who I am what I wanted flowers for, and she nailed it with her selection. It’s a beautiful shop with a great selection and a calm, serene vibe. I’ll be going back there for sure.

Pros — Beautiful flowers throughout the year.
Cons — usually indifferent, and sometimes rude, service with very little interest in the customer who walks in. There is only person with whom I have interacted who is relatively courteous and helpful when you ask questions.

Amazing selection, especially for the day after Valentines Day! Quality, & quantity.

I needed to place a last minute same day delivery order. Wilda is incredibly friendly, and managed to design and send off my flowers in less than an hour! I will certainly be buying my flowers from here in future.

Willbe Bloomin was the florist for my wedding in summer 2013. Flowers were not a big priority for me. I booked them 1 month before the wedding and needed only the basics: wedding party (bouquets and boutonnieres), lots of family boutonnieres and some decorations for the cake.
Service was on the poor side in person:
I sent my mom to gather information. I armed her with plenty of pictures of the type of bouquets I wanted but Willbe Bloomin rudely turned her down. They insisted that their wedding florist could only meet on Saturdays with brides who have filled out their questionnaire and would not volunteer any info.
I was ready to move on, but their location was key (very easy pick up for my morning portraits) and I needed to get things done. I was also swayed by the unanimous 5 star reviews on Unilocal and gave them another chance.
Come wedding day, despite telling them my colour scheme, one of the key colours was not there. The grooms boutonnière lasted 2 hours and did not hold up well. The pin was poorly balanced and we re-​pinned the boutonnière so many times that the lapel on his tux was quite ruined. The family boutonnieres had the same problem. They kept falling off and in the end half the people ditched their boutonnieres which I was very sad to see.
Pros: accommodated my budget, great email correspondence.

Lovely shop, with friendly and helpful staff.
I went in wanting a potted plant that doesn’t need a lot of light as I don’t really have any north or south facing windows. I left with a very cute little potted succulent. Let’s see how long I can go without killing it.
Not a huge selection, but they are knowledgeable.
Not cheap, but not too bad. My small plant in a black pot came to $ 17. A bunch of cut tulips will run you $ 10 plus tax.

I went into Wilbe Bloomin yesterday to get some flowers for myself. I know what flowers I don’t like more then ones I do like, which I am sure can be frustrating for florists. The woman who helped me was wonderful! She took the time to suggest different flowers and ended up putting together a beautiful bouquet.
The whole time we chatted about a range of topics from the weather to workers rights in the countries that produce the flowers. What a wonderful experience. I will be sure to pick up flowers from this florist again in the future.

As I write this review, on my dining table, there’s a wonderful and very unique bouquet of flowers that I had purchased a handful of days prior, and it’s still looking very lively.
I love this flower shop. First, the staff are always incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and sincere when it comes to helping you out. They’re also quirky and fun, making it easy to hold a conversation. I’m not a flower guy, but the staff here have always managed to provide an appropriate bouquet for the situation at hand.
The arrangements are stunning. Each bouquet looks to be lovingly hand crafted, having a look that shines its uniqueness. Turn around times on custom orders are pretty quick, but if you just want to make someone you love happy one evening, they always have some beautiful options ready right away.
The prices are very reasonable. I couldn’t ask for a better florist :)

Wilbe Bloomin’ did the flowers for my wedding in 2010. I stopped in and spoke with Wilda who is super friendly and very, very helpful. Our theme was ‘Moulin Rouge’. I told Wilda I wanted something different and a bit modern/​theatrical.
We had a black/​red/​white colour scheme and Wilda’s creations were amazing. I could not have been happier with the finished floral arrangements. They also did wonderful corsages and boutineers.
I highly recommend Wilbe Bloomin’ for any occasion or for those times when you want to brighten up a room with a nice bouquet.
Here’s a little update. In my profile pic the boutineer on my lapel is from Wilbe Bloomin’. A rose/​calla lily combo that was the awesomest ever!

To be honest I don’t have the a lot of experience with florists around town but Wilbe Bloomin (which in my head is «We Be Bloomin») is a very charming shop, it could do with a bit more flowers on display, but it seems to have a big variety of potted flowers/​plants and in an affordable price range as well.
The lady working behind the counter was certainly very friendly (how can you not be when you’re surrounded by flowers all day) and helped me pick out the type of flowers I was looking for.
They also have a cool pond thing going on in the lower level of the shop and along with good operating hours it’s a pretty solid bet if you want some flowery companions to your day.
