Bought a usb cable. Returned in pkg with receipt 24 hours later. 15 mins after staring at her screen and pushing keys she announces she will NOT refund me the $ 30. It does NOT work I explain. She does not care. No refund on defective product with a receipt!?? And a terrible demeanour as well. Please do NOT shop here!

Terrible! Terrible service, terrible network, dropped calls, poor reception, incompetent customer service reps –Terrible. If you’re 12, and never leave Toronto, and never speak to anyone on the phone, you’re fine. Try to travel anywhere, use your phone while walking/driving/moving, contact customer service and that’s where everything falls apart. I am so unimpressed by everything Wind mobile, it might be cheap. but things are cheap for a reason! If you’re a grown up, and need to use your phone for anything but texting, definitely choose another provider, or you will be as frustrated as I am.

This location has the LOWEST service ever! Every time I went there because my crappy phone needed to be fixed, I had to wait for half an hour! and the staff are not even welcoming!

«unlimited data» until you get to 10GB then we need to slow you down, then when you get to 15GB we pretty much cut you off from the world. So… how is that Unlimited data? says… Unlimited [uhn-lim-i-tid] 1. not limited; unrestricted; unconfined: unlimited trade. 2. boundless; infinite; vast: the unlimited skies. 3. without any qualification or exception; unconditional. But 10GB is all you get. Still better then rogers… SOMEONESAVEUS!

Never have I ever had a worse customer service experience than I had at this Wind store. After buying my mobile phone here in late August, I have had it sent out for repair twice, which I acknowledge is not the fault of Wind. However the lack of communication between warranty centres and their other branches means that I had to run around finding documents and receipts from different stores, pay an arbitrary $ 80 deposit twice, and get a loaner phone that later stopped working. During the second time, I was livid — my phone had stopped working again and it was clear by the number of people in the store with complaints like mine, that Wind was selling faulty phones. Wind staff responded using standard policy quotes, and although its not their fault, when speaking to a manager it was frustrating that he stormed out mid conversation, yelled at me, and then sent me up another long phone branch instead of helping me. I have sent out my phone for repair again, and now the only number attached to this store is not being picked up. This sort of dismal service and lack of support is frustrating and heart breaking for a student who saved up money for this phone, but probably for any paying customer too. I will be going again tomorrow to figure out if my phone is back after four weeks of being phone-less. Fingers crossed.

Very helpful, I was having issues with a sim card. The service associate was extremely helpful in finding a quick and simple resolution. I didn’t have to wait long, and I was immediately greeted.

The dude was really good, even though it was clear that he was working with a new girl who didn’t know what she was doing. The customers were getting annoyed at waiting but he handled it calmly. Also. 29 dollars unlimited phone, text, and DATA. What a steal!

Okay so I feel like a sell out because I’ve been riding the«I don’t own a cellphone» HARD for a while. But the reality is I can’t find a payphone and when I do find one I feel like I’ll get a disease if I put my face anywhere close to the receiver. So, I decided to get a phone. I went with Wind because I heard they have mad deals and I didn’t want to pay a ton for a cellphone that I only barely wanted. The woman who helped hook me up was great. Efficient communicator, etc. Why I’m not totally stoked is because so far my text messaging has been bullshit. I called Wind support twice and the help was fast but so far shit is still not working proper. The final verdict is still out.
