I switch to WIND Mobile a few month ago, the main and only reason was because of the cheaper rates! As the service is the same no matter what Cell Phone company you are with.
The rates are certainly cheaper here, however, I find that the data is not as fast plus it is spotty in certain areas of the city. Also while you are in a moving vehicle it does not work at all! So it does not really matter that your data is unlimited when it does not work. This has been a source of headaches for me, but still not enough to cancel my service. I fell that paying half the price is still a much better deal.
The people at this location are friendly and knowledgeable, the selection of phones is terrible but if you have an unlocked phone you can bring it over to their network. iPhones do work with WIND you just need to set them up yourself or call tech support. Also WIND only has a 3G connection for phone and data. But like I said you can’t beat the deals.

Definitely a busy store so you have to be a little bit aggressive otherwise other folks will cut in while you’re waiting for help and they don’t have a good system to see who came first. The wind mobile plans though are the best in the GTA. I pay $ 39 for unlimited talk, text, data u.s. and canada and unlimited text worldwide. You can’t beat that!
