Terrible, terrible service. Went yesterday to switch from Mobilicity. 1st off the clerk didn’t have the tool to remove my micro sim chip — I had to go home & bring my own. He had been trying to remove it with a staple — I kid you not!
Then we proceeded to discuss monthly plans. Told him wanted $ 40 plan with voicemail ($ 8 extra).
