Wing Hing Roofing

Had the roof of my house completely re-​shingled some 6 years ago by Wing Hing Professional Roofing Company, Inc. Water started to leak through into the house a few weeks back during heavy rain storms. Called Mr. Feng, the owner, and left a message a number of times with his daughter Carmen for him to come and diagnose/​fix the problem. He didn’t bother to call me back at all. On my 3^rd try, I managed to get hold of, and spook with Mr. Feng on his cell phone. He promised to come the next morning. Waited for half a day and he never showed up. Wing Hing Roofing simply failed to honour its 10 years written warranty. The leak is an emergency to us, and the company simply does not care a bit about the damages done. Very disappointed. Beware ! Avoid hiring this Company for any of your roofing needs if at all possible.
