History

Established in 2008.

Yellow Car Design was established by Vicky and Marc when they emigrated from England to Canada after graduating from the University of Hertfordshire where they both studied BA Honours Graphic Design and Illustration.

They combine more than ten years’ experience studying Graphic Design — both in England and in Canada, and have successfully completed a variety of freelance assignments during that time. Establishing their own design studio was the logical next step.

Meet the Business Owner

Vicky and Marc J.

Business Owner

Vicky comes from a tiny village in Quebec. Her passion for visual communications led her towards a diploma in Media Arts (Advertising). She decided to pursue her studies at the university level in Graphic Design & Illustration and received a scholarship to study in England. She obtained her bachelor degree at University of Hertfordshire.

Marc, who is from a small town near London, had previously obtained a National Diploma in Graphic Design and was also studying at University of Hertfordshire to get his degree.

The pair met in one of their classes and has been working toward the goal of owning a successful design studio since then. After both doing freelance work for some times, they combined their talents and launched Yellow Car Design in January 2009, soon after moving to Canada. The studio is dedicated to bringing unique, creative and effective visual communication solutions that conveys their clients’ ideas and vision at an affordable rate.
