We did the zip line there. The stuff was very friendly and doing everything to help you, both the administration and the guides. The facility is new and kind of cool with all the eco-features. Zip line was a nice experience and definitely worth it.

Great time ! Our family of 5 went today and had a great time. Guides were fun and I was very impressed with the level of safety. The last run and the 40 foot repel were the best. Would recommend this for any family.

This was my first time doing a zip-line, so it was definitely cool for me. I have seen pictures of the expeditions people take while on cruises and stuff– this is not like that. There are no huge canyons, rainforest canopies, etc. That being said, there are still some dizzying tree-top landings that you take off from. Our group of about 8 went tree-to-tree together with two guides. The age range was pretty big– I think the youngest was about 8 and then the oldest person in maybe their early 50s. Our guides were funny and they seemed very competent at what they do. The tour took about an hour-and-a-half to two hours, but a lot of it was hanging out on the landings chatting. As far as value, I thought it was a good deal. The facility offers some tent-cabins to stay in, too. There are trails there, but they are pretty short. I know they also offer a night time zip line tour and they have an observatory, so there are some things to do if you stay. There is a winery across street which is owned by the same people that you could check out. We didn’t stay there, we camped out on Long Point Beach. The tour facility is pretty family oriented, so being two adults I am sort of glad we didn’t opt to stay there. The facility seemed pretty new, and I get the impression they might add some more amenities, so check in to the site and maybe there will be some new attractions. If you are going during the summer, I can’t stress enough that you will need load up on some bug spray. I probably would have enjoyed some of the terrain more if I wasn’t being dive-bombed by horseflies. It was also really hot when I went. I obviously am not docking the tour place for those things, but if it wasn’t so blazing hot and the bugs did not drive me crazy I would have been able to enjoy it a little more.
