I love the Main St. location of this store, but the customer service at this location is awful. The cashier didn’t greet me, look at me or interact with me in any way. She was rude and dismissive. I’m not a fan of the fake friendliness you find at some stores, but basic niceties are pretty important when your job requires you to interact with the public. I will not return to this location.

only issue: the cashier they usually have is nasty. makes you feel like garbage when you go to pay, as if it causes her pain to have to ring you through… wait, what? smile will ya!

This is the same store as the one on 8th & Main only this is on Granville street. They just opened shop a few months ago.
It is now my new favorite place to shop for clothes of stuff that actually looks good on me, my body type and is trendy. Clothes that one would actually want to wear. Prices are very decent as well for what you get. Customer service is top notch and a step above most clothing stores that I’ve been to in and around the area. You can buy similar styles for a fraction of what you would pay at Urban Outfitters, Gap etc. I appreciate that they carry a bunch of different brands with different price margins so that there’s something for everyone.
I still prefer the Main street location, however, this is a good addition to upper Grandville.
