History

Established in 1995.

A Catered Affair began with a café in South Vancouver on May 5 1995. Serving the local business employees with amazing luncheon fare. These creations were developed by the Eurpean trained owner who was trained at famous Dubrulle French Culinary School. Pacific Dungeness Crab Bisque, In house roasted Sirloin Beef sandwich with a hoisin spiked horseradish aioli, maple balsamic spinach salad with strawberry & goat cheese feta created line ups through the door. Soon the café was not large enough. Demanding customers wanted our food at there business place so a delivery service began. The demand outpaced the delivery capacity so our catering service was born. Off premesis catering has propelled our business since. Our expereinced team always takes care of our clients every need. With over seventeen years of experience, thousands of events and a reputation for a great event every time; A Catered Affair contiues to grow and evolve.

Business Owner

Gregory comes from a long line of hosptiality professionals. With a servant’s heart, an eye for detail and creative flair he was born to be a caterer. Trained at the Dubrulle French Culinary School and apprenticing locally he has earned his stripes in the kitchen. High quality local creative food & top notch service have long been passions for Greg. Greg resides in South Delta with his wife Jennie who is an accomplished photographer, and their three children.
