Overall could be not bad experience but the last incident… I had monthly parking permit with them. Everything was as it’s supposed to be. When I finished parking there and canceled service everything was smooth in the beginning… But later they started to send «refund» emails asked for things that were not in Terms and Conditions and so on. I.e. locations are awesome, but representatives do not honor their words and act weird.

pretty pricey for non-​DT rates: $ 3.50/half hour, and an old lot to boot.
Confusing too with its numbering system, 2A, 2B, etc
at least their high tech machines accept all cards, amex, and are pay by license.
One meter on entrance alley, plus another inside lobby by elevators, remember your stall #!
all day: $ 18, 6am-​11pm
flat evening after 6pm: $ 4
