I’ve visited with Dr. Tony McDougall at Armitage & Associates on a few occasions and cannot say enough about the level of care and expertise demonstrated each time. When faced with questions, Tony listens intently and provides answers surely and without any hesitation. It seems his mind works several steps ahead, yet he controls the treatment session with perfect pace and certain exactness. While no time is ever wasted, he still finds room for casual conversation to keep things light. Dr. Armitage has helped me over two stints in my life. The second one was where I had a herniated disk and he was extremely pro-​active in getting me treatment spots (I was going every day for a few weeks) and also setting me up with MRI’s and related services to get me back on my feet. I see him once a month now and I find him friendly, professional and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone that either has traumatic pain or is looking to keep up the maintenance.

I absolutely cannot say enough good things about Robert. I’ve been coming to see him since early 2011 and he’s made a world of difference to my ‘back health’. When I started with him I was on 3 different drugs for pain and had basically been told by several doctors that my herniated disks ‘are what they are’ and not to expect any improvements. Apparently, not so. No drugs now and I feel great. He’s also done a few ‘tuneups ‘to my shoulder impingement and SI joint. I feel great and I’m back riding my bike, going to the gym and doing SUP. I will also be starting some proactive work by going to yoga instead of just focusing on cardio.

When I first came to Dr. Armitage I was experiencing pain walking.
