Bains Travel specializes in all aspects of the travel industry. We book air, hotel, cruises, tours and travel insurance. Our primary focus is the Asian sub-continent, including India, Pakistan, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka. We offer customized land tours to all of these areas. In addition Bains Travel has dedicated departments for cruises, corporate travel and weddings.
History
Established in 1951.
The business started in 1951 in Victoria, BC primary to help new immigrants return the their country of Birth. Bains Travel opened their first location in Vancouver in 1965. Bains Travel ventured outside of B.C. in 2013 opening up their first location in Mississauga, ON. Bains Travel currently has 4 locations: Vancouver, Abbotsford, Surrey and Mississauga with plans to continue growing quickly over the next 3 to 5 years.
