The customer service here was horrific! I bought a few items and realized one of them had been the wrong size, the receipt said final sale but I thought I’d call them to check anyways if they would do an exchange. The man on the phone said it would be no problem. I go in just looking around for items to exchange, even considering paying more if I found something I’d like. No one acknowledged any customers, the girls were hollering at each other like they were in high school not running a business. I couldn’t find anything nice, so I inquired about store credit, the girl looks at the receipt and yells that final sale is final sale, with attitude. I tell her what the guy on the phone earlier said, she gets the female manager, who then yells at the guy in front of me. The cashier gave me the worse attitude punches numbers in the register with a scowl then proceeds to give me store credit without a word. I did not feel like a customer at all, this is a terrible place to shop, go somewhere else!

The first thing I thought upon entering this store was along the lines of, «Where the fuck am I? A junior high dance?» Yes, the ambiance of this place bleeds obnoxious and the clothes smell of douchebag. They have some great brands like G-Star and Diesel but they are way too expensive because I just can’t give money to a store that plays a trance remix of Lemonade as loud as this. Also seeing steroid filled douches buying Affliction and Ed Hardy shirts really ruins my mood. This store is annoying. When I was a dumb thirteen year old I thought it was so cool but I never bought anything from it. It’s just stupidly overpriced and I only ever see seven year olds looking at the shit and dumb twenty year olds with too much money to spend on terrible clothes buying things. There’s nice clothes but you can get them for a better price somewhere else. Just avoid this turd; thank god it’s relatively hidden on Robson since it’s in this dark corner of the street.

We come here for one reason and one reason alone… G-Star! They have one of the largest selections of G-Star I’ve ever come across. As one who frequents the G-Star store in San Francisco, I really like the fact that they carry G-Star styles that the flagship stores simply just don’t have. It’s especially nice when you can scoop up G-Star at really great prices during their crazy sales :)
