They’re horrible, service rarely works and we keep getting calls that our system is not working — No Frickin DUH!!! We tried to call and cancel but they make it impossible, telling us they’ll call back and they don’t and pretending they don’t hear us when we call ‘Can you hear me?’ ‘No, I can’t hear you’ SERIOUSLY.
