Beyond Sound

We used Beyond Sound for a corporate Christmas party. The DJ that was provided was horrible. He was on his phone most of the night, was staring and the ground looking bored and scowling. He refused to play requests and was rude to guests. I called the manager to provide feedback after the event and never received a call back. I would never recommend this company nor use them for any other event again.

If I could change one thing about my wedding it would be picking Beyond Sound for DJ services. Jordan was great to talk to and for organizing but the DJ he provided the day of was a disaster. He was suppose to play music while people were being seated and waiting for the ceremony but failed to do so. We provided a playlist of our favourite songs that we wanted to dance to — only a couple of them were played and it was all back to back during dinner when we could barely hear the music. We had our wedding on a fireworks night which is accompanied by music — he wasn’t able to properly connect to the radio station and instead was playing very loud static noise. Instead of turning it down or off until he fixed the problem he continued to play the static noise for over 2 minutes until I asked him to turn it off. Overall was not impressed. Wound NOT recommend this company to anyone. I wish I had picked any other DJ company.
