No provided customer parking. Have to find street parking which is sometimes hard during peak hours. But it’s expected in Chinatown. Great service. Fast lines. And there’s always the friendly security guard who is very attentive and opens the door for you.

I bike there and it’s super convenient. The security and banking staff are always very friendly. Occasionally a little wait, but never a long line up. Expect a Chinatown feel.

In terms of parking, it’s usually tough to find something close here, though at times it’s more preferable than going to DT.
reassuring to have a security guard most of the time.
Quite a big branch, there’s another 2 levels of upper management/​advisors, with the ground level a good 4 – 5 tellers during peak time, plus commercial. But they’re really bunched up together, so not much privacy, you’re at an arm’s length.
Friendly service & speak Cantonese, Mandarin & English.
2 ATMs at the front. A few soft chairs too.

little hidden convenient bank in the midst of chinatown! didnt know how close i was to a bmo till i found this one. the staff are adorably friendly and go out of their way to make you feel great, they ask you questions about your day and they let dogs in the bank and sometimes they have treats! win! also bmo has better banking rates than td so thats a bonus too

I don’t know why, but since moving to 49th & Main from Boundary & Hastings, trying to easily visit a BMO, easy convient locations have proved everything but. Until today. Thank you
