Really enjoyed the sandwiches especially the ham-embert(ham, Camembert, arugula, avocado, mushroom, Dijon)…better than fast food burger.

Was excited for a bubble tea place to open in this area but they don’t taste authentic. The jellies are too starchy and hard, and the teas just don’t taste how they’re supposed to. Neither my boyfriend or I could finish ours. The space itself is really cute — modern design, free wifi and comfy seating, but the teas just aren’t good.

Considering there are lots of bubble tea places in town, this one doesn’t come close to even being even below-average. This place is well-below-average. Comments: Pros: convenient location in downtown Vancouver, friendly staff, looks very clean Cons: terrible bubble tea! Bubble tea here is watery, lacking flavour, and the worst part is with«milk» drinks which are powdery! Absolutely disgusting. I don’t think this place will last, even though the staff are so nice.

I love bubble tea! 5 star price point — Pearls, jellies, etc are included in your $ 4 drink!(Some specialty mixes are $ 5) 3.5 star service — Friendly enough but some are difficult to communicate with. I made an error ordering a standard tea, forgetting to say I wanted a slush. I thought they all came slushy. They did fix it for me but a few looks were exchanged amongst staff. My error, don’t care. Add ice and blend it. Whatever. 3 star quality — This is what really counts here! Their machine does not blend the ice very well. Even with ordering a slush, it’s a bit runny with icy shards. They need a better machine. Flavouring — the flavours I’ve ordered taste great but not enough. They are weak mixes. Taro — absolutely delicious! I see a few complaints here about flavour but, to me, it tastes identical to every other place I’ve been too. Just not as strong. Back to weak mix complaint. Sour Cherry — good, but again, very weak. Left disappointment in my mouth. Pearls are cooked very well and a plentiful scoop is added. —– Get a better ice blender and add more flavour to the mixes and you’ll have a solid product. I would rather spend an extra .50 — 1 $ on something outstanding.

I ordered the taro milk tea with pearls and I couldn’t even finish it. It tasted like spicy melted plastic and now my stomach hurts.

The pearls have a nice chewy texture, but that’s about the only redeeming quality about the bubble tea here.

Lots of better place out there. The drinks are overly diluted and doesn’t taste that good at all. I don’t think this place will last, it’s hard to mess up a simple milk tea with pearls. Drinks: 1⁄5 Service: 4⁄5 Value: 1⁄5

This is a semi full café with some eats, however, wouldn’t go as far as calling this a full out café by any means. I have had their bubble tea a few times in the area. Unlike some of the places in Richmond, this place is okay. They stick to the original recipe to the best of their ability and although average there always seems to be something missing, especially in the berry infusion blends. Not that cheap either. Customer service was okay.
