Brian Jessel BMW Pre-Owned

I Bought a BMW 328I Xdrive M from Brian Jessel. The manager Nelson and sale Jerry are really kind and nice. And the insurance man is also pretty good. As the BMW certified 4S shop is more trustful than private sellers. Otherwise, I have to get warranty by myself and check the car quality.

I bought a bmw320i from the Sales Person Jerry. His overall customer service was ok, i would say 3.8 out of 5. Which i have no complaints or whatsoever.
After closing the deal, i saw the insurance person in the same BMW office. That’s when everything become unpleasant. This guy Stefan (All West Insurance) he seems like he hated his job and hated Chinese customers. Racist remarks from him and bad attitude altogether!

The sign outside says «Rapid Oil change.» Perhaps that means that the oil itself is «rapid.» The change certainly isn’t. I took two cars in over a two month period — each time it took 90 minutes. Ninety. Minutes. No vacuuming of the car interior, no fresh windshield wipers, just oil.

B.J. Autohaus is relatively new to the scene. They are affliated to Brian Jessel BMW up the street as some work does get diverted there depending on what it is (alignments are done there since they don’t have a rack for it). I’ve had my MINI serviced here a few times for suspension/​alignment related work, as I wanted a specific alignment but needed a few tweaks to the car for that to happen.
Jason, one of the service techs, was more than helpful and suggested what work needed to be done and explained why. The service did take longer than what was estimated, but Richard at the service desk informed me ahead of time and got me a free rental at Enterprise and I got to drive home in a new BMW while my car was still in the shop. The next day, after the tweaks and a corner balance, my car is now handling the way I want it to at the track.
These guys are new to the business, so you’ll have to give a little bit of patience, but they do great work and have good attention to detail… and when it comes to cars, that stuff counts.
