Absolutely HORRIBLE service. The lady screwed up my nails 4 times! When she messed up the last time she rolled her eyes and walked away. I had to ask another worker to fix it. The original lady came back and stated«I’m very busy ok!» If she had taken an extra 5 seconds to do this correctly she wouldn’t have to re-do it. After all of this she still managed to screw them up once again. I was fed up and just left with an ugly, poorly done thumb nail. Absolutely disappointed and would never recommend it or go back.

Absolutely horrible place. I went there a few times in a pinch because I live in the neighborhood, and have had nothing but bad experiences. They don’t have enough training in any of the services they offer, they have no discretion(they will go in and out while doing a bikini wax and leave the door wide open). If you get your eyebrows done there rest assured that they will come out uneven. They take forever to do anything and the result is very, very poor. They also say that they will charge you one thing and then charge you another. Just do yourself a favor and stay away.

Came here for a pedicure on a whim, and I am not sure I will be coming back… The lady welcoming us was friendly enough, but the girl working on my feet seemed really distracted. It was painful a couple of times(I had never been cut getting a pedicure before), and the paraffin scrub was bordering on non-existent even though it’s included in the price of $ 35. Worst of all, while I was waiting for my nails to dry(unfortunately I was wearing flats at the time) the lady was in a rush to get me out. She ended up cutting short the drying session, wrapped my toes in saran wrap and then ushered me up to the front desk to pay. When I got home, my nail polish had been smudged. I’ve got to say, it was the most rush-job work I’ve ever seen, and they seem quite stingy on their product usage.

The worst of the worst! Just take my word on it and dont go here. Horrible business ethics Not clean Rude Greedy Poor quality of work And they will have personal conversations on their cell phones while painting your nails. Disgusting place, and horrified with my experience.

I come here every so often to get my eyebrows done. It’s not my preferred place for threading, but they do a great job. In honest, I’d probably go more if it wasn’t such a freaking weird experience every time I visit. For some reason, every time I go, there ends up being an entire room of ladies hovering over my face watching my get my brows done. Now I get that maybe they’re learning the skill themselves, but at least ask me if I don’t mind a handful of other strangers getting close enough to inspect my pores. A couple of times, the lady doing the threading has been talking on her cell phone at the same time, which, if you know how threading works, you’ll realize is an impressive feat. Also(and this tends to be a theme with cheaper beauty salons in general) they occasionally ask to do my upper lip as well. Now I may have 99 body hair problems, but a ladystache ain’t one. I do appreciate that they’re trying to get more than my $ 6+tip out of me. I’ll probably continue to come here because it’s super convenient to my apartment, but I could do without this place’s eccentricities

Don’t trust the first post… they must have been on crack or the management has changed since then. This is a simple little place but they give a great mani pedi for $ 40. I’ve been a few times and my girlfriend loves it there. It may not be like a spa in whistler but then your only paying $ 40. It’s a great place though. Friendly staff, very clean, they don’t rush you through.

Friendly but inconsistent service. Excellent price. I go here regularly and find the service inconsistent. For example, I’ll ask for a pedicure and sometimes I get a 2 hr pedicure and other times I’m out in an hour. Sometimes I get a full leg massage, sometimes not… so it’s hard to schedule how much time I need and difficult to determine what I’m going to get. That being said, I don’t mind it all that much and usually make sure I have about 2 hrs to spare in case they decide to give me the full tx. :-) The salon could use some better air circulation, especially in the summer — it gets very stuffy with chemical smells from the polish and removers etc.
