Very unprofessional employees. Went there for a quick exchange for USD cash, the customer service lady insisted on selling me some kind of account which I had no interest in and told her I’m in a hurry. She ended up calling her co-​worker to set an appointment to advise me on my account options, and when I was done with him less than a minute later she was serving other customers from a long line that had formed. Had no time to wait. Left there without what I came in for and went to another branch. Wont go back there.

This branch is one of the most incompetent branches of CIBC that I have ever encountered. Never have I ever lost so much trust in a financial institution.
Why such a scathing review?
They deposited MY money into someone else’s account! I went home and checked my account and then went back to that bank to correct that mistake and they won’t! Seriously?! I contacted my own branch and they are quick on looking into the matter and fixing this problem.
Students, clients, and future clients: Please do not go to this bank until they get their shit together.
