This place is an absolute gem in North Burnaby. My wife and I had brunch there and were greeted by a fantastic host who was very friendly. Based on his recommendation, we ordered the meatball panino and the il simpatico. The meatballs were delicious and perfectly cooked, but the il simpatico was absolutely outstanding. It’s a great combination of mortadella, poached eggs and Gorgonzola sauce. I’ve never had it before, and can’t wait to try it again. We saw a lot of locals who were clearly repeat customers come into while we were there, which is a good sign. The prices here are very good with everything at $ 10 or less. They could probably charge quite a bit more and it would still be reasonable. We’re definitely going to come back, as I think we’ve only just scratched the surface of the great food here!

We happened by this Caffe on a recent walk! We were looking for a place to relax for a bit. We met the Executive chef and co-owner Eleuterio and his lovely wife Consuelo, very friendly and entertaining, The coffee and hot chocolate were delicious, and food is all authentic Italian, made from scratch in house. I love Italian food, when made by skilled Italians like Eleuterio, it is one of my favourites. This is definitely a place we will go back to often because of the food and the ambiance. Welcome to the neighbourhood!

Most amazing Italian food I’ve ever eaten in my life!!! Caffe Organico is more authentic(and delicious) than anything I’ve eaten while traveling in Italy. My new favorite in Burnaby!

Highly recommended! Delicious, real Italian food. Casual atmosphere. The chef basically doesn’t speak English. Meatballs, lasagne, lasagne blanco(right? Is that Italian for white?) and eggplant parm. All spectacular. And I had a cannolo, the tirimisu, the panna cotta… all of it. GETHERE.

Just what I needed after 2 months in Vancouver with no Italian food. The Bianco lasagna and tiramisu were the best. It was a perfect place to meet with friends and talk. Ask about the«best Cannoli in BC». You’re gonna love it, trust me!

By far the best traditional Italian food in Vancouver. Everything baked in the oven. The chef is straight from Italy. Try the cannoli and white lasagna We tried the chefs surprise was so good.
